Climate Change

The Climate Change Action Group changed its name to The Climate Ecology & Environment Advisory Group.(CEEAG)

The group is made up of Parish Councillors and Members of the Public and advises the Parish Council on all matters relating to Climate Ecology & Environment. The group meet monthly and manages various projects related to the Climate Change Action Plan.

Climate Change Action Plan

In March 2020, the Parish Council agreed to form the Climate Change Action Group and to produce its own Climate Change Action Plan setting out the actions it can take as a Parish Council to help mitigate and adapt to the impact of Climate Change in the Parish.

The document sets out the goals, actions and policies that the Parish Council is committed to in order to reduce its own carbon footprint and to support initiatives in the wider community.

The Action Plan was adopted by the Parish Council in March 2021.
